中小学体育教学中学生终身体育意识的培养探讨

摘　　要：在中小学教育实践中,体育教学作为能强化学生综合素质、促进学生全面发展的教育活动,受到广泛关注。中小学体育将学生终身体育意识的培养作为重要的教学改革方向,积极探索特色体育指导模式的科学构建和系统开发,不仅能显著改善体育效果,还能让学生对终身体育运动形成全新的理解,促进中小学体育工作的全面创新。教师应解析新课标要求,设定终身体育培养目标;更新体育教学内容,激发学生体育运动兴趣;创新教学指导方法,强化学生体育运动技能;大力开展宣传工作,营造终身体育运动氛围。In the practice of primary and secondary education,physical education teaching,as an educational activity that can strengthen students'comprehensive quality and promote their comprehensive development,has received widespread attention.Primary and secondary school physical education regards the cultivation of students'lifelong sports awareness as an important teaching reform direction.Actively exploring the scientific construction and systematic development of characteristic sports guidance models can not only significantly improve sports effectiveness,but also enable students to form a new understanding of lifelong sports and promote comprehensive innovation in physical education work in primary and secondary schools.Teachers should analyze the requirements of the new curriculum standards and set lifelong physical education training goals;update physical education teaching content and stimulate students'interest in sports activities;innovate teaching guidance methods and strengthen students'sports skills;vigorously carry out publicity work and create a lifelong sports atmosphere.
