摘　　要：蜂蜜营养丰富、功能广泛,深受消费者喜爱。蜂蜜的质量安全是保护人们的身体健康,有利于蜂蜜出口贸易的关键。文章以蜂蜜中农兽药残留检测的相关标准、专利、论文为依托,分析蜂蜜中农兽药残留检测的方法、药物种类及未来发展趋势,为方便、快捷控制蜂蜜质量安全提供一定的依据。Honey is rich in nutrition and has a wide range of functions,and is loved by consumers.The quality and safety of honey is the key to protect people’s health and benefit honey export trade.Based on the relevant standards,patents and papers for the detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in honey,this paper analyzed the methods,drug types and future development trend of detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues in honey,providing a certain basis for convenient and rapid control of honey quality and safety.
