摘 要:目的:参加云南省市场监督管理局组织的一次性餐具用品中大肠菌群、沙门氏菌检测能力验证,提高实验室的检测技术能力与水平。方法:根据《一次性餐具用品中大肠菌群、沙门氏菌的测定能力验证计划作业指导书》中的规定取样,依据《食品安全国家标准消毒餐(饮)具》(GB 14934—2016)规定,对4个标本的大肠菌群和沙门氏菌进行检测,其中大肠菌群需进行初发酵试验和复发酵试验,沙门氏菌鉴定需进行分离培养、生化试验和血清学鉴定。结果:090样品中检出大肠菌群和沙门氏菌;289样品中检出大肠菌群,未检出沙门氏菌。云南省市场监督管理局反馈本实验室考核结果为满意。结论:经过本次能力验证,弥勒市疾病预防控制中心微生物实验室的检测能力得以充分发挥,提高了一次性餐具用品的微生物检验技术,也提升了实验室的质量管理水平。Objective:To participate in the verification of the detection ability of coliform group and Salmonella in disposable tableware products organized by Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Administration,and to improve the detection technology ability and level of the laboratory.Method:After the samples were pre-treated according to the requirements of the Operation Instruction of the Verification Plan for the Determination of Coliform Group and Salmonella in Disposable Tableware,the coliform group and Salmonella of 4 samples were determined according to the methods in GB 14934—2016.Among them,the coliform group needs to undergo initial and secondary fermentation tests,and Salmonella identification needs to be carried out Isolation culture,biochemical testing,and serological identification.Result:Coliform group and Salmonella were detected in the samples of 090.Coliform group was detected in the sample 289 and Salmonella was not detected.The Yunnan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has provided feedback that the assessment results of our laboratory are satisfactory.Conclusion:Through this ability verification,the testing ability of the microbial testing laboratory of Maitreya Center for Disease Control and Prevention has been effectively verified,improving the microbiological testing technology of disposable tableware and enhancing the quality management level of the laboratory.
