摘　　要：本文分析了液相色谱技术检测天然毒素面临的挑战,并提出相应的对策与建议,旨在推动液相色谱技术在食品安全检测领域的广泛应用,提升食品安全监管水平,促进食品产业健康发展以及保障消费者的健康权益。This paper analyzes the challenges faced by liquid chromatography technology in the detection of natural toxins,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to promote the wide application of liquid chromatography technology in the field of food safety detection,improve the level of food safety supervision,promote the healthy development of food industry and protect the health rights and interests of consumers.
