摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,大学生综合素质越来越受到重视。社团活动作为提升大学生综合素质的重要途径之一,对大学生的成长和发展起到了极为重要的作用。探讨大学社团活动对大学生学术素质、人际交往能力、个人发展、职业发展、领导力和组织能力产生的影响。With the rapid development of society,comprehensive quality of college students has been increasingly emphasized.Club activities,as one of the important means to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students,play a crucial role in their growth and development.The influence of club activities on college students'academic competence,interpersonal communication skills,personal development,career development,leadership and organizational abilities were explored.
