摘 要:目的探讨情境模拟教学结合迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,MiniCEX)评分在提升急诊科住院医师临床胜任力的教学效果。方法选取2022年3月至2022年9月中山大学附属第一医院急诊科轮转的48名住院医师进行情境模拟教学,培训前后使用Mini-CEX评分表进行团队急救能力评估和临床胜任力自我评价。比较培训前后住院医师的团队急救能力和临床胜任力自我评价。结果情境模拟团队急救能力培训前学员急救能力评估分为(31.31±1.32)分,培训后学员急救能力评估分为(46.31±2.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训前临床胜任力自我评价评分为(25.50±4.75)分,培训后临床胜任力自我评价评分为(40.81±5.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论情境模拟团队急救培训提高了急诊科轮转住院医师的团队急救能力、临床胜任力和救治危重症患者的信心。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation team rescue teaching combined with Mini-CEX scoring in improving the clinical competence of emergency residents.Methods Residents who rotated in the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from March 2022 to September 2022 were selected for scenario simulation team rescue training.Before and after the training,the Mini-CEX scoring was used for team rescue capability assessment and clinical competency self-assessment.The team rescue ability and selfassessment of clinical competence of residents were compared before and after training.Results A total of 48 residents participated in the training and assessment.The scenario simulation team rescue ability assessment score of pre-training was(31.31±1.32),and the assessment score of post-training was(46.31±2.20),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The clinical competency self-evaluation score pre-training was(25.50±4.75),and the clinical competency self-evaluation score post-training was(40.81±5.50),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The scenario simulation team rescue training can improve the team rescue ability of emergency residents,enhance their clinical competence and confidence in treating critically ill patients.
