摘　　要：食品微生物检测是食品安全检测中十分关键的一项内容。通过科学合理的微生物检测技术,能够准确识别食品工程微生物的类型和数量,及时发现和处理潜在的微生物污染问题,确保社会大众食品安全与健康。本文阐述了现阶段影响食品工程中微生物检验质量的因素,并提出食品工程中微生物检验质量的提升方法与途径,以供参考。Food microbiological testing is a crucial aspect of food safety testing.By adopting scientific and reasonable microbial detection techniques,it is possible to accurately identify the types and quantities of food engineering microorganisms,timely detect and deal with potential microbial contamination issues,and ensure food safety and health for the general public.This article first elaborates on the factors that currently affect the quality of microbiological testing in food engineering,and proposes methods and approaches to improve the quality of microbiological testing in food engineering for reference.
