我国食品动物禁用药物标准的分析与探讨

摘　　要：近年来我国动物食品的安全问题屡屡发生,违禁药物的使用严重危害了消费者的生命与健康,甚至对我国动物性食品出口国际市场造成严重影响。本文梳理我国食品动物禁用药物标准情况并与国外禁用药物进行比对,提出相关建议,以期能为养殖厂(户)的科学合理用药提供指导,为兽药残留检测人员提供参考,保障人们的食品安全。In recent years,the safety problems of animal food frequently occur in China,the use of illegal drugs seriously endanger the life and health of consumers,and even the international market of Chinese animal food export seriously.This paper reviews the standard situation of prohibited drugs in food animals in China and compares it with that in foreign countries,and puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to provide guidance for scientific and rational drug use in breeding factories(households),provide reference for veterinary drug residue detection personnel,and ensure people's food safety.
