摘  要:劳动教育是我国教育制度的重要内容,直接决定我国下一代劳动者的劳动能力、劳动精神、劳动习惯和劳动品质。将劳动教育融入高职院校课程体系是职业教育教学改革的重要内容。本文分析了目前高职工科劳动教育中遇到的困惑,阐述了高职工科劳动教育对学生和教师职业核心能力的培养历程。Labor education is an important part of China's education system,which directly determines the labor ability,labor spirit,labor habits and labor quality of the next generation of workers in China.It is an important content of vocational education teaching reform to integrate labor education into the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the puzzles encountered in the labor education of higher vocational engineering,and expounds the training course of vocational engineering labor education on the core competence of students and teachers.
