摘  要:本文针对当前高职院校劳动教育存在的顶层系统性设计缺失、育人功能尚未完全呈现、考核评价机制缺乏等问题,立足高职院校劳动教育现状,聚焦劳动教育的价值取向,通过构建建立四级管理机制,建立认知教育、专业教育、素质拓展与创业、社会服务四阶递进的劳动教育模块,加强劳动教育师资队伍建设,设立政校行企联合的劳动教育基地,探索构建适合高职院校的劳动教育体系,为推进劳动教育工作提供政策理论依据与决策参考。在实践层面补齐短板,进一步明确劳动教育实践导向,促进学生的全面发展。In order to solve the problems existing in the current labor education in higher vocational colleges such as the lack of top systematic design,incomplete educational function,the lack of evaluation mechanism,this article explores the labor education system for higher vocational colleges by building four-level management mechanism to establish a progressive labor education module that includes cognitive education,professional education,quality expansion and entrepreneurship,and social services,strengthen the construction of labor education teaching staff,establish a labor education base that combines politics,schools,and enterprises,explore the construction of a labor education system suitable for vocational colleges,and provide policy theoretical basis and decision-making reference for promoting labor education work.At the practical level,fill in the gaps,further clarify the practical orientation of labor education,and promote the comprehensive development of students.
