摘　　要：工匠精神自古以来就是民族发展动力的源泉,更是当前高职教育中不可或缺的重要组成部分。将工匠精神融入工业过程自动化人才创新培养方案,不仅可以提高工业过程工业过程自动化专业学生的专业技术技能,还可以提升其自身的职业素养。结合多年自动化专业教学实践,在教学过程中发掘工匠精神与专业知识的契合点,开发工匠精神相关案例;以大国工匠为榜样来激发学生求知欲,并以工匠精神为引领,提高工业过程自动化专业教学质量;将工匠精神融入校园文化建设,通过潜移默化地影响学生,使学生树立正确的职业观与价值观。The spirit of craftsmanship has been the source of national development since ancient times,which is also an indispensable and important component of current vocational education.Integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the innovative training program for industrial process automation talents can not only improve the professional technical skills of students,but also enhance their own professional qualities.Based on years of teaching practice in the field of automation,the author explores the connection between craftsmanship spirit and professional knowledge in the teaching process,and develops relevant cases of craftsmanship spirit.Taking great country craftsmen as examples to stimulate students’thirst for knowledge,the author tries to improve the quality of teaching in the field of industrial process automation by integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into campus cultural construction,subtly influencing students,and enabling them to establish correct career and values.
