高职院校工科青年教师核心能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：随着职业本科和双高计划的兴起,各大高职院校对教师能力提出了新标准、新要求以保证学校办学水平的提升,为了提高高职工科专业教师核心能力,本文阐释了教师能力的内涵和工科专业的特点,剖析了高职院校工科青年教师能力存在的问题和面临的挑战与机遇,从自身规划、信息智能技术、教学、科研和实践创新五个方面探讨教师核心能力提升的策略,同时给出教师能力评价和持续改进的建议,为高职院校工科青年教师核心能力提升提供了新视角。With the rise of vocational undergraduate and double high programs,major vocational colleges have put forward new standards and requirements for teachers'abilities to ensure the improvement of school running level.In order to improve the core competence of vocational engineering professional teachers,this paper explains the connotation of teachers'abilities and the characteristics of engineering majors,analyzes the existing problems and challenges and opportunities faced by young engineering teachers in higher vocational colleges,discusses the strategies to improve teachers'core competence from five aspects:self-planning,information intelligent technology,teaching,scientific research and practical innovation,and providing suggestions for teacher competence evaluation and continuous improvement,provide a new perspective for the improvement of young engineering teachers'core competence in higher vocational colleges.
