摘  要:构建企业、学校、学生“三方共赢”模式的有效措施包括:明确责权利,建立长效合作机制;优化课程设置,重视实践教学;加强交流,提高教师实践能力;强化产学研融合,促进科研成果转化。针对“三赢”模式实践中存在的利益诉求不一致、责任界定不清、合作机制不完善等问题,要着重构建公平的利益分配机制;建立全面的评价体系,提高企业的评价话语权;从多个层面加强沟通,及时发现并解决问题。The effective measures to build a mutually beneficial model among enterprises,schools,and students include:clear responsibilities and rights and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism;optimize curriculum design and attach importance to practical teaching;strengthen communication and improve teachers practical abilities;strengthen industry academia research and promote the transformation of scientific research achievements.In response to the problems of inconsistent interests,unclear definition of responsibilities,and imperfect cooperation mechanisms in the practice of the mutually beneficial model,it is necessary to focus on building a fair mechanism for distributing benefits,establishing a comprehensive evaluation system,improving the right to speak in the evaluation of enterprises,and strengthening communication from multiple levels.
