摘　　要：植物生理学实验是高等院校生物类专业重要的专业基础课程之一,与理论课程相辅相成。在科学技术快速发展阶段,植物生理学实验教学也要与之相匹配,大量的生物学仪器设备在实验中得到广泛应用。针对植物生理学实验中的验证性、演示性实验多,综合设计性实验较少,实验方法新颖性有待提高等问题,对植物生理学实验教学进行了综合改革,设计了适合于当前植物生理学实验发展趋势和教学要求的综合性实验,实现培养学生科学探究、合作精神、自我发展和学习意识及能力的课程目标。Plant Physiology experiment is one of the important basic course for biology majors in colleges and universities,which complements the theoretical courses.In the stage of rapid development of science and technology,Plant Physiology experiment teaching should also be matched with the rapid development of science and technology,and a large number of biological instruments and equipment are widely used in the experiment.In view of the problems of many confirmatory and demonstrative experiments and few comprehensive design experiments in previous Plant Physiology experiments,the Plant Physiology experiment teaching reform,designed comprehensive experiments suitable for the current development trend and teaching requirements of Plant Physiology experiments.Realized the curriculum goal of cultivatingstudents’scientificinquiry,cooperativespirit,self-development and lifelong learning awareness and ability.
