摘 要:目的分析2010-2021年云南省沙门氏菌引起的食源性疾病暴发事件的发生趋势和流行特点,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法对通过“食源性疾病暴发监测系统”上报的2010-2021年云南省沙门氏菌引起的食源性疾病暴发事件进行描述性分析。结果2010-2021年云南省共上报114起由沙门氏菌引起的食源性疾病暴发事件,发病人数为4124人,死亡2人。其中,保山市和大理白族自治州是重点地区(χ^(2)=1751.484,P<0.001);农村宴席是重点场所(χ^(2)=1506.408,P<0.001);肉与肉制品是重点原因食品(χ^(2)=449.664,P<0.001),加工不当是最主要的引发环节(χ^(2)=534.805,P<0.001)。结论应结合云南省实际情况,针对食源性疾病高发月份、地区、发生场所、发病人群、原因食品、引发环节等影响因素,加强食品安全宣传教育和卫士监管。Objective To analyze the occurrence trend and epidemiological distribution of outbreaks of foodborne diseases caused by Salmonella in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2021,so as to provide basis for strategies and interventions for prevention and control of foodborne diseases.Methods Analyzing the data of foodborne disease outbreak caused by Salmonella from reporting system from 2011 to 2021 in Yunnan Province.Results 114 outbreaks of foodborne diseases caused by Salmonella were reported in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2021.The number of infected persons was 4 124,and 2 persons died.Baoshan and Dali were key areas(χ^(2)=1 751.484,P<0.001).Rural banquets were key venues(χ^(2)=1 506.408,P<0.001).Meat and meat products were key cause food(χ^(2)=449.664,P<0.001),improper processing was the main triggering link(χ^(2)=534.805,P<0.001).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the publicity,education,supervision and management,according to the actual situation of the native province,for the influencing factors of the high incidence months,regions,places of occurrence,population of the disease,as well as the cause food and other trigger links.
