摘　　要：由于虚拟仿真实验教学在人才培养与教学方面发挥着重要作用,近年来已在高校快速发展。目前,基于虚拟仿真实验教学项目对比传统教学模式所突显的优势和现在存在的问题,进行了阐述和分析,并且结合实例对今后虚实结合教育的实施进行了总结。积极探索“乳品工程”虚实结合实验教学项目的建设思路,促进教育教学和人才培养质量的全面提升。Because virtual simulation experiment teaching plays an important role in talent training and teaching,it has developed rapidly in universities in recent years.Based on the advantages of the current virtual simulation experiment teaching project compared with the traditional teaching mode and the existing problems.This paper expounded,analyzed,and summarized the implementation of the virtual reality combined education in the future with examples.Actively explored the idea of constructing the experiment teaching project of combining the virtual and real of Dairy Engineering to promote the overall improvement of education,teaching and talent training quality.
