摘 要:中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,办好人民满意的教育、加快建设高质量教育体系成为教育事业发展新使命,以信息化带动现代化成为教育高质量发展的必然趋势。新时代赋予教育新使命,推动教育信息化从1.0进入2.0时代,信息化教学能力成为新时代高素质教师核心素养的关键要素和重要内涵。在阐述教师信息化教学能力的内涵与本质的基础上,分析了教师信息化教学能力的现状与问题,探索提出教师信息化教学能力的提升路径:对在职教师组建培养团队实施校本常态化培训;对职前教师通过机制调整、课程设计和组织大赛进行启蒙培养。Since the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,providing education that satisfies the people and accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system have become new missions for the development of education.Driving the modernization by information has become an inevitable trend of high-quality development for education.The new era gives the new mission to education,promoting the education informatization transition from 1.0 to 2.0 era,when the information-based teaching ability becomes the key element and important connotation of the core competence of highly qualified teachers in the new era.This paper expounds the connotation and essence of teachers'information-based teaching ability,analyzes the present situation and problems of teachers'information-based teaching,explores the improving path of teachers'information-based teaching ability,establishes training teams for in-service teachers and to implement school-based regular training,as well as enlightening and cultivating pre-service teachers through mechanism adjustment,course design and organization of competition.
