摘 要:裴斯泰洛齐是西方教育史上首位将“教育与生产劳动相结合”这一思想付诸实践的人,在实验过程中得出劳动教育体系综合化、内容生活化、方法直观化、过程要素化、形式多样化、行为德育化六种劳动教育思想。给予学前阶段开展劳动教育六种启示:多元整合培养幼儿全面发展、生活实践是劳动教育的基石、直观教学助力幼儿劳动认知发展、分解与练习是幼儿掌握劳动技能的关键、增添劳动种类激发幼儿劳动兴趣、道德实践塑造良好劳动行为习惯。裴斯泰洛齐的劳动教育思想为当下我们开展幼儿劳动教育提供了宝贵的启示。John Henrich Pestalozzi was the first person in the history of western education who put the idea of"combining education with productive labor"into practice.In the process of experimentation,he derived six labor education ideas:the integration of the labor education system,the life-oriented content,the intuitive teaching method,the process of factorization,the diversification of forms,and the moral practice of behavior.These six labor education ideas give six inspirations for carrying out labor education in the preschool stage:multiple integration cultivates the comprehensive development of young children;life practice is the cornerstone of labor education;intuitive teaching helps young children's cognitive development of labor;decomposition and practice are the keys for young children to master labor skills;the addition of labor types stimulates young children's interest in labor;moral practice shapes good labor behavior habits.Pestalozzi's labor education thought provides valuable insights for us to carry out labor education for young children today.
