摘 要:目的探讨医视界医学考试系统在感染科临床住院医师规范化培训带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8—12月在遵义医科大学附属医院感染科进行培训的71名住院医师作为研究对象,根据住院医师规范化培训的层次不同分为本科住培组(n=37)与研究生住培组(n=34)。两组住院医师通过医视界医学考试系统进行入科考试,带教老师根据培训医师的考试情况进行分析、研判,制订住培带教方案,轮转结束后再进行出科考试,比较两组入科、出科考试情况。结果本科生住培组入科考试分数、及格率均低于研究生住培组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。两组出科考试分数、及格率比较差异无统计学意义;两组出科考试成绩均高于入科考试成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床住培带教中使用医视界医学考试系统,带教老师能对住院医师考试情况进行指点,指定带教方案,做到因材施教,促进临床带教的长远发展,为完善临床住培带教体系提供参考。Objective To explore the application effect of of Medical VisionWorld examination system in Standardized residency training and teaching of infectious diseases.Methods 71 resident physicians who received training in the department of infection in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University fromAugust to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into undergraduate residential training group(n=37)and the graduate residential training group(n=34)according to different levels of standardized training.The two groups of resident doctors passed the entrance examination through the medical field examination system,and the instructor made analysis and judgment according to the examination situation of the trained doctors,formulated the resident training and teaching plan,and conducted the exit examination after the rotation,and the entrance examination and exit examination were compared between the two groups.Results The scores and passing rates of undergraduate students in residential training group were lower than those in the graduate students in residential training group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores and passing rates between the two groups.The scores of the two groups were higher than those of the entrance exams,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By using the medical vision medical examination system in clinical residential training and teaching,the teachers can give advice on the examination of residents,specify the teaching plan,teach according to their aptitude,promote the long-term development of clinical education,and provide references for improving the clinical residential training and teaching system.
