摘 要:经络腧穴学作为针灸推拿专业学生接触的第一门专业基础课,其掌握情况直接关系到学生专业课程的学习。发挥学生在学习中的主体地位,教师起辅助和指导作用,结合多种教学方法,在课前、课中、课后安排不同的教学任务,通过讲述中医文化故事、历代名家验案、临床案例,强化腧穴解剖、腧穴定位方法,绘制穴位图,团队合作等方法,增加学习的趣味性,引导学生积极主动参与实践,提高学习兴趣、动手能力,培养学生的临床思维能力和中医文化自信,为学生未来学习提升和步入临床打好坚实的基础。As the first professional course of acupuncture and massage,the mastery of meridians and acupoints is directly related to students learning of professional courses.In order to show that students are the main body of learning,teachers only play an auxiliary and guiding role,various teaching methods are combined in teaching,and different teaching tasks are arranged before,during and after class.By telling the traditional Chinese medicine cultural stories,clinical cases of famous doctors in past dynasties,strengthening the methods of acupoint anatomy and acupoint positioning,drawing acupoint maps,teamwork and other methods,the study was more interesting.The students were guided to actively participate in practice,the learning interest and practical ability were improved,and the clinical thinking ability and self-confidence in traditional Chinese medicine culture were cultivated,and lay a solid foundation for the future study promotion and stepping into the clinic.
