摘　　要：教育强国建设是新时代教育高质量发展的题中之义和战略举措,对中国式现代化深入推进和中华民族伟大复兴具有先导意义。作为一项复杂的系统工程,教育强国建设特别需要以价值遵循的坚守厚植建设之根,以基本路径的厘定奠实建设之基,以动力机制的激活赋能建设之实。教育强国建设的基本路径在于着力推进教育理念、教育体系、教育制度、教育内容、教育方法和教育治理的全面且深入现代化。教育强国建设需要久久为功,澄明并构建适切的动力机制是建设实践持久推进的重要保障。动力机制的构建关键在于廓清内部改革重心以释放内生动力、完善对外开放战略以激活外源动力、深化协同共建共识以凝聚多方合力、探究科学思维方法以提升动力效能和瞄准中国式现代化以实现动能创生。如此,教育强国建设的实践方可扎实推进,教育强国目标才能稳步实现,进而为中华民族伟大复兴提供更有力的支撑。The construction of a strong education country is the meaning and strategic measure of the high-quality development of education in the new era,which is of pioneering significance for the further promotion of Chinese path to modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This is a multifaceted and intricate project that necessitates adherence to certain values,fundamental approaches,and dynamic mechanisms.The fundamental path towards building a strong educational country involves promoting comprehensive and in-depth modernization across various aspects of education.This includes the conceptual framework,educational systems,content,methodologies and governance.The construction of a strong educational country requires long-term efforts,and clarifying and building an appropriate dynamic mechanism is an important guarantee for the lasting advancement of construction practice.The key to constructing an effective dynamic mechanism lies in clarifying the focus of internal reforms to unleash internal potential,perfecting the opening-up strategy to activate external resources,deepening consensus on collaborative construction to unite various forces,exploring scientific thinking methods to enhance dynamic efficiency,and aligning with the goals of Chinese-style modernization to achieve the creation of kinetic energy.In this way,the practice of building a strong education nation can be solidly advanced,and the goal of a strong education nation can be steadily realized,thus providing stronger support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
