摘 要:目的探讨在规范化培训护士中实施小组式临床实景教学对其专科知识与技能、岗位胜任力及教学满意度的影响.方法选取2018年6月-2023年5月在绵阳市中心医院进行规范化培训的护士60名,以随机信封法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30名.对照组给予常规教学模式,观察组给予小组式临床实景教学模式.比较两组考核成绩、岗位胜任力及教学满意度.结果培训后,观察组专科知识考核成绩及专科技能考核成绩、岗位胜任力各维度评分及总分、教学满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论实施小组式临床实景教学模式可显著提升规范化培训护士专科知识与技能考核成绩,增强岗位胜任力,提高教学满意度,值得借鉴.Objective To explore the effect of group clinical scene teaching on specialized knowledge and skills,post competency and teaching satisfaction of standardized training nurses.Methods A total of 60 nurses who underwent standardized training in Mianyang Central Hospital from June 2018 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random envelope method,with 30 nurses in each group.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was given the small group clinical scene teaching mode.The examination results,post competency and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the training,the scores of specialized knowledge assessment and specialized skills assessment,scores of each dimension and total score of post competency,and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of group-type clinical scene teaching model can significantly improve the specialized knowledge and skills assessment scores of standardized training nurses,enhance their post competency,and improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
