摘 要:“仪器分析”是食品质量与安全专业的一门专业基础课,课程教学存在理论学习较难、实践操作锻炼欠缺等方面的问题。从“仪器分析”课程教学现状出发,分析了教学过程中存在的问题和困难;结合个人挂职经历和课程思政,从教学考的深化改革、理论知识的应用、课程思政的融入等方面进行讨论和思考。文章旨在:增加学生的学习积极性,提高教学成效;有效融入课程思政,提高学生的责任感、使命感、职业道德感,以期加深与同行的交流,且为“仪器分析”课程的教学提供一定参考。“Instrumental Analysis”is a professional basic course of food quality and safety major.The teaching of this course has problems such as difficult theoretical learning and lack of practical operation.Based on the teaching situation of“Instrumental Analysis”,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the teaching process,and discusses the reform of teaching/study/examination,the application of theoretical knowledge,the integration of ideological and political education.It aims to increase students’learning enthusiasm and teaching effectiveness,to effectively integrate into ideological and political courses,and to improve students’sense of responsibility,mission and professional ethics.At the same time,it is in order to deepen the communication with peers and to provide a certain reference for the teaching of“Instrumental Analysis”course.
