摘　　要：乡村振兴战略下高职院校劳动教育的路径建构,旨在推进教育、人才与乡村发展的深度耦合。高职院校劳动教育开展有助于培养创新技术技能人才、激发职业院校办学活力、提升乡村振兴发展动能。以绿色无公害的果蔬生产农场“依依农场”为基础从劳动教育的角度研究高职院校与新型城镇化乡村深度融合,构建学校-乡村劳动教育共同体,形成助力乡村振兴的实践路径和服务模式,打造特色劳动教育实践基地,共建立体化劳动教育课程资源、师资队伍和评价体系。Under the strategy of rural revitalization,higher vocational colleges carry out labor education in order to promote the deep integration of education,talents and rural development.The development of labor education in vocational colleges is helpful to cultivate innovative and technical talents,stimulate the vitality of vocational colleges,and enhance the momentum of rural revitalization and development.Based on"YiYi Farm",focusing on organic fruit and vegetable production,this article studies the deep integration of higher vocational colleges and new-type urbanization villages from the perspective of labor education,builds a school-rural labor education community,forms a practice path and service mode to help rural revitalization,and builds a characteristic labor education practice base,and builds a three-dimensional labor education curriculum resources,teachers and evaluation system.
