摘  要:“君子不器”在一定程度上可以作为传统儒家道德理念和人文精神的集中概括:只有能够主动将知识技能融于德性修炼中的人,才是德才兼备的真君子,才能为实现个人价值提供精神动力和方法支持。“君子不器”的德育意蕴主要表现在秉持君子之道的整体性原则、全面把握君子之学的四重维度、坚守君子之行的价值指向。在新时代高校思想政治教育实践场域,落实“君子不器”要坚持以立德树人为根本,走自信自强之路;以人格养成为关键,走守正创新之路;以经典教育为载体,走多元包容之路。To a certain extent,"Junzi are not mere vessels"can be summarized as the traditional Confucian moral concept and humanistic spirit:Only those who can actively integrate knowledge and skills into virtue cultivation are Junzi with both virtue and ability,and can provide spiritual motivation and methodological support for realizing personal values.The moral implication of the thought of"Junzi are not mere vessels"is mainly embodied in upholding the Holistic principle of the Junzi′s way,fully grasping the four dimensions of the Junzi′s learning,and sticking to the value direction of the gentleman′s conduct.In the field of ideological and political education practice in universities in the new era,to carry out the thought of"Junzi are not mere vessels",we should adhere to the principle of morality education and take the road of self-confidence and self-improvement;take the cultivation of personality as the key,take the path of integrity and innovation;take classical education as the carrier,take the road of diversity and inclusiveness.
