摘  要:教育数字化背景下,茶学专业英语教学可充分利用线上线下各类资源帮助学生以英语为媒介,通过拓展资源进一步深入理解专业知识技能、提升专业能力、培养专业素养。PBL教学法可助推学生提升问题解决能力,从而更有效地融入国际茶产业,积极推广中国茶文化。充分利用线上线下教学资源,将教材和地域特色茶文化融合成不同教学项目,在教学实践中形成“4WE”模块,即We-read——发现问题、We-explore——分析探索问题、We-produce——解决问题、We-think——评价反思。Under the background of digitalization of education,the teaching of English for tea studies can make full use of online and offline resources to help students use English as a medium to further deepen their understanding of professional knowledge and skills,improve their professional ability and cultivate their professionalism by expanding resources.PBL teaching method can help students improve their problem-solving ability,so as to integrate into the international tea industry more effectively and actively promote the Chinese tea culture.It is proposed to make full use of online and offline teaching resources,integrate teaching materials and regional characteristics of tea culture into different teaching projects,and form the“4WE”module in teaching practice,i.e.,We-read—discovering problems,We-explore—analyzing and exploring problems,We-produce—solving problems,and We-think—evaluating and reflecting.
