摘  要:为促进轻化工程专业本科生对胶体化学及纳米材料基础知识的理解和运用,将纳米球形聚电解质刷胶体粒子的制备与表征实验引入教学,利用光乳液聚合的方法,合成粒径均匀的聚苯乙烯纳米粒子,并通过光引发聚合的方式在聚苯乙烯纳米粒子表面接枝聚电解质链,制备具有良好稳定性和分散性的纳米球形聚电解质刷胶体粒子。该实验利用动态光散射表征所制备纳米球形聚电解质刷胶体粒子的粒径、分散性及表面带电性等性质及其对盐浓度、pH的依赖性。该实验旨在通过科教融合的形式,强化学生对专业知识的理解和运用,使学生形成严谨规范的科学思维,进而培养具有创新能力的工程科技人才。To promote the understanding and application of the fundamental knowledge of colloid chemistry and nanomaterials for undergraduates in light chemical engineering major,the experiment of preparation and characterization of nano-sized spherical polyelectrolyte brushes is introduced.The brushes with uniform size and excellent stability are prepared through a photoemulsion polymerization approach which involves the preparation of uniform polystyrene nanoparticles and the growth of polyelectrolyte chains from the surface of polystyrene nanoparticles.The size,size distribution,surface property and their dependences on pH and salt concentrations are systematically investigated by dynamic light scattering.This experiment would be beneficial for students to understand and practice the learned knowledge and to develop serious scientific thought,accelerating the cultivation of creative talents in engineering and technology.
