摘　　要：阐述高科技企业中的关键绩效指标(KPI)和能力行为要素绩效考评方法应用,构建新型绩效考评模式,在定性和定量分析综合应用的基础上,对企业绩效考核。This paper expounds the application of performance evaluation methods for key performance indicators(KPI)and capability behavior elements in high-tech enterprises,constructs a new performance evaluation model,and evaluates enterprise performance based on qualitative and quantitative analysis and comprehensive application.
