摘 要:目的探讨成功案例结合差错案例教学在培养住院医师责任心和职业敏感性中的作用。方法就成功案例结合差错案例教学效果设置相关问卷,对培养住院医师责任心、职业敏感性、学习兴趣和积极性等方面对住院医师进行调查。结果住院医师认为成功案例结合差错案例教学能够培养责任心的比例为83.3%;认为能够培养职业敏感性的比例为90.4%;认为能够调动学习兴趣和积极性的比例为83.3%。结论在临床教学过程中,适当加入差错案例教学,可以强化住院医师对医疗安全的重视,激发其责任意识,培养其职业敏感性。Objective To explore the role of successful cases combined with error cases in training residents'responsibility and professional sensitivity.Methods Questionnaires of successful cases combined with error cases teaching effect were set up to investigate the responsibility,occupational sensitivity,learning interest and enthusiasm of residency training physicians.Results 83.3%of residents believed that successful cases combined with error cases teaching could cultivate responsibility;90.4%thought it was more able to cultivate occupational sensitivity;83.3%thought it was more able to arouse learning interest and enthusiasm.Conclusion This paper discusses that the appropriate addition of error cases teaching in the course of clinical teaching can strengthen residents'attention to medical safety,stimulate their sense of responsibility,and cultivate their professional sensitivity.
