摘　　要：目的探索标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)在口腔科住院医师结业临床实践能力考核中的应用。方法随机抽取参加2021年重庆市口腔科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业临床实践能力考核的住院医师63名,通过问卷调查住院医师对SP的熟悉程度,对模拟质量的评分及SP对住培结业临床实践能力考核成绩的影响。结果住院医师性别、来源和培训专业组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);住院医师对SP评价口腔正畸科最高(20.29±4.82)分,口腔颌面外科最低(14.67±5.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);36.51%住院医师认为SP项目是结业考核中最难的项目。住院医师对SP模拟质量评分与SP项目对临床实践能力结业考核成绩相关系数为-0.354(P<0.05),说明SP模拟质量与住培结业考核成绩具有显著相关性。结论提高住院医师对SP的认知,加强对SP培训,提高SP模拟质量将有利于促进口腔科住院医师临床实践能力结业考核成绩。Objective To explore the application of standardized patients(SP)in the certification examination of clinical practice ability for standardized training of stomatology in Chongqing.Methods Sixty three residents who participated in the certification examination of clinical practice ability for standardized training of stomatology of Chongqing in 2021 were randomly selected.The familiarity with SP,the score of simulation quality of SP and the impact of SP items on results of the examination were investigated by a questionnaire.Results There was no significant difference in gender,source and training majors(P>0.05).The evaluation score of SP from residents of orthodontics was the highest of(20.29±4.82)points,while the residents of oral and maxillofacial surgery had the lowest rating of SP at(14.67±5.29)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Additionally,36.51%of the residents considered SP was the most difficult item in the certification examination of clinical practice ability for standardized training.The correlation coefficien between the simulated quality score of SP from residents and the total score of the examination was-0.354(P<0.05),indicating a significant correlation between them.Conclusion Improving residents'cognition,strengthening the training of SP and improving the simulation quality of SP will contribute to the improvement of scores in the certification examination of clinical practice ability for standardized training of stomatology.
