摘 要:神经眼科是一门新兴的交叉学科,其临床教学工作在国内刚刚起步。神经眼科因涉及多个学科,存在学习起点较高、学习曲线较长、教学难度较大的特点。基于此,临床教学工作中从基础入手、循序渐进,加强疾病诊断思路培养,采用神经眼科病例库教学等多种教学方式,引入思政元素等方法,全面提升眼科住院医师岗位胜任力,获得了良好的教学效果。Neuro-ophthalmology is an emerging inter-discipline,and the clinical teaching of this subspecialty has just started in China.The clinical teaching of neuro-ophthalmology involves several disciplines,which has the characteristics of higher learning starting point,longer learning curve and more difficult in teaching.Based on these,the clinical teaching activities adopt a variety of teaching methods,such as starting from the basics and advancing step by step,enhancing the training in the diagnostic idea of diseases,applicating of neuro-ophthalmology case library in teaching,introducing of ideological and political elements,which can comprehensively improve post competency in the standardized training of residents in the department of ophthalmology,with good teaching effect.
