摘　　要：目的探索全科师资培训的新方法。方法中山大学附属第一医院-伯明翰全科师资小组将英国全科师资培训方法与本土国情结合,同时从专科师资与社区师资加强联动、将全科师资培训经验辐射广东各地,以及搭建政府-高校-教学医院-社区联合培养机制等多方面进行探索和实践。结果全科专业基地通过以上探索和实践,建立了“中山医”全科师资培训模式,为广东省及华南地区培养了大批合格的全科医师。结论该院将国际化视野与理念融合于全科住院医师规范化培训,走出适合中国国情的道路,对促进我国的全科医学发展、提高全科医疗服务水平具有重要意义和价值。Objective To explore a new method of training general practitioner(GP)trainers.Methods The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University-Birmingham GP trainer team combined the advanced British GP trainer training methods with the local conditions,strengthened the linkage between specialist teachers and community teachers,radiated the training experience of GP trainers to all parts of Guangdong,and set up a"government-university-teaching hospital-community joint training mechanism"for exploration and practice.Results Through the above exploration and practice,the general practice base of our hospital established the"Zhongshan Medicine"GP trainer training mode,and trained a large number of qualified GPs for Guangdong Province and South China region.Conclusion It is of great significance and value for this hospital to integrate the international vision and concept into the residency training of general practice and to walk out the road suitable for China's national conditions,promoting the development of general practice and improving the level of general medical service in China.
