摘 要:目的调研上海市儿科专科医师规范化培训(简称专培)的满意度,多维度分析专培政策的实施现状,为完善专培制度并提高培训质量提供参考。方法选取2013年8月至2022年8月参加上海市儿科专培的301名医师为研究对象,采用自制的《儿科专科医师规范化培训满意度调研问卷》进行调查。结果本调查共发放问卷301份,专培医师对专培的总体满意度得分为(3.95±0.99)分,其中临床培训环境满意度得分最高(4.48±0.63)分,而薪酬及福利、科研培训环境、培训感受、培训政策落实情况满意度评分较低。薪酬及岗位匹配度与培训满意度的各项得分呈显著正相关;睡眠不足程度与满意度呈显著负相关。入培时不同社会身份的专培医师总满意度存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,影响总体满意度的因素主要有睡眠不足、薪酬与岗位匹配程度低。结论上海市儿科医师专培满意度总体为中等水平。薪酬与睡眠不足是主要突出问题,仍需优化培训基地建设,关注专培医师的工作负荷及薪酬,以期提高专培总体满意度。Objective To explore the satisfaction status quo and its influencing factors with standardized training of pediatric specialists in Shanghai area,in order to improve the quality of standardized training program.Methods A self-made questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of standardized training of pediatric specialists was conducted,301 pediatrics specialists who participated in the standardized training in Shanghai area from August 2013 to August 2022 were sceleoted as the research subjects.Results The overall satisfaction score of 301 specialists was(3.95±0.99)points.Residents were most satisfied with the clinical training conditions(4.48±0.63)points,and less satisfied with salary and welfare,scientific research training conditions,training experience,as well as practical implementation.There were a positive correlation between salary return and every dimensional satisfaction score,and a negative correlation between sleep deficiency and every satisfaction score of twelve dimensions(P<0.05).Besides,there was a significant difference in the overall satisfaction score among their social status.The multiple regression showed salary return and sleep deficiency were the major factors affecting the overall satisfaction with standardized training.Conclusions The standardized training of pediatrics specialists has achieved certain achievement with a medium satisfaction.Inadequate salary return and sleep deprivation are the most prominent problems.It is recommended to optimize the training conditions,strengthen the implementation and supervision of the training system,so as to improve the satisfaction and quality of the standardized training.
