摘　　要：为完善现代职业教育体系,给我国产业升级培养更多综合能力强、专业能力强的优秀人才,对本科层次职业教育的人才培养模式进行探讨具有重要的现实意义。文章分析本科层次职业教育的内涵及认知误区,以厘清本科层次职业教育与其他职业教育模式的本质区别,分析其人才培养特点,并从职业教育的本质及产业转型的技术发展两个方面分析本科层次职业教育人才培养的内在逻辑,然后结合教学实践提出构建本科层次职业教育人才培养模式的策略,即以更新人才培养观念为前提,优化学科建设路径,强化师资队伍建设,从而构建更加符合本科层次职业教育特点的人才培养体系,培养出更高层次的技术技能人才。In order to improve the modern vocational education system and cultivate more outstanding talents with strong comprehensive and professional abilities for industrial upgrading in China,it is of great practical significance to explore the talent cultivation mode of undergraduate vocational education.The article analyzes the connotation and cognitive misconceptions of undergraduate vocational education,in order to clarify the essential differences between undergraduate vocational education and other vocational education models,analyze its talent cultivation characteristics,and analyze the internal logic of undergraduate vocational education talent cultivation from two aspects:the essence of vocational education and the technological development of industrial transformation.Then,combined with teaching practice,it proposes strategies to build a talent cultivation model for undergraduate vocational education,that is,to update the concept of talent cultivation,optimize the path of subject construction,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and build a talent cultivation system that is more in line with the characteristics of undergraduate vocational education,cultivating higher-level technical and skilled talents.
