摘  要:党组织领导的校长负责制下普通高中德育机制在推进过程中面临着诸多问题。基于普通高中德育和党建工作中运作机制不完善、党教融合不充分等困境,珠海市实验中学党委充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用、校园文化的德育熏陶作用、课堂教学的主渠道作用和实践活动的激励引导作用,构建起党组织领导的校长负责制下普通高中大德育体系。其不仅可以从理论和实践两个层面为提升高中党建水平和学生德育水平提供支持,为构建更高水平的人才培养体系提供实践框架,而且对全面贯彻党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务、促进教育高质量发展具有重要意义。Under the system of principal responsibility led by the Party organization,the moral education mechanism in ordinary high schools faces many problems in the process of promotion.Based on the difficulties of imperfect operational mechanisms and insufficient integration of Party and education in the moral education and Party building work of ordinary high schools,the Party Committee of Zhuhai Experimental Middle School fully leverages the political core role of the Party organization,the moral education influence of campus culture,the main channel role of classroom teaching,and the incentive and guidance role of practical activities,and constructs a general high school moral education system under the leadership of the Party organization and the principal responsibility system.It can not only provide support for improving the level of high school Party building and student moral education from both theoretical and practical perspectives,but also provide a practical framework for building a higher-level talent training system.It is of great significance for fully implementing the Party's education policy,implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality,and promoting high-quality development of education.
