摘  要:高质量生涯教育实践是高质量教育实践的重要内容与有机组成部分。高质量生涯教育实践应秉持推动受教育者生涯全面、协调、可持续发展的基本理念,致力于通过以多学科协同为策略的综合化生涯课程教学实践、以受教育者多元化发展需求为聚焦的个性化生涯咨询与辅导实践、以校内外多资源整合为平台的多样化生涯情境体验实践,有效激发与生成受教育者生涯实践的主体性,实现受教育者以生涯关注、生涯好奇、生涯自主、生涯自信为表征的生涯适应力提升,推动受教育者生涯实践的高质量发展。The practice of high-quality career education is an essential and intrinsic component of high-quality education.High-quality career education practice should be grounded in the fundamental principle of promoting the comprehensive,harmonious,and sustainable development of learners’career.It is committed to the integrated teaching of comprehensive career curriculum through multidisciplinary coordination,and aims to provide personalized career counseling and support services that focus on the diverse development needs of students.Efforts are also made to diversify experiential learning situations by integrating resources from both on and off-campus contexts.All of these measures are designed to effectively stimulate and bring about learners’subjectivity in their career practices,enhance their career adaptability characterized by career attention,curiosity,initiative,and confidence.Ultimately,this will contribute to the high-quality development of students’career practices.
