摘　　要：“食品安全与质量控制”是食品类专业的核心课程之一,其中蕴含丰富的思政元素。此研究的目的是提升课程思政元素系统性,完善教学方法,并充分发挥学生主体性。首先根据课程特点制定教学目标,深挖各教学章节思政元素与案例,再以思政融合项目为驱动,依托特色思政实践平台,构建以学生为中心的混合式教学体系和多元化考核体系,推动思政元素在教学全过程的有机融入。思政教学的实施使学生的学习热情得到激发,在多样化的实践项目中锤炼技能,并驱动学生形成优秀的职业素养和道德品质。“Food Safety and Quality Control” is one of the core courses of food majors,which contains rich ideological and political elements.The purpose of this study is to improve the systematicness of curriculum ideological and political elements,to improve teaching methods,and to give full play to students' subjectivity.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the course,the teaching objectives are formulated,and the ideological and political elements and cases of each teaching chapter are deeply excavated.Then,driven by the ideological and political integration project,relying on the characteristic ideological and political practice platform,a student-centered blended teaching system and a diversified assessment system are constructed to promote the organic integration of ideological and political elements in the whole process of teaching.The implementation of ideological and political teaching stimulates students' enthusiasm for learning,hones their skills in diverse practical projects,and drives students to develop excellent professional qualities and moral qualities.
