南非中文教育的现状与存在问题分析

摘  要:南非与中国关系密切,与中国同为“金砖五国”的成员,也是“一带一路”项目在非洲的重要节点,南非的国际中文教育的发展却不尽如人意。本文通过回顾南非中文教育在高等院校和中小学发展的历史,分析其现状以后,指出高等院校和中小学当前共同面临师资短缺、经费匮乏的问题,高等院校还存在学科建设的困难,而中小学则存在教学大纲与本国国情不合的问题。由此,笔者对南非中文教育未来的建设发展提出了若干建议。As a member of the“BRICS”and one of the key nodes of the“Belt and Road”initiative in Africa,South Africa maintains a friendly relationship with China.However,the growth of international Chinese language education in South Africa is not quite living up to our expectations.In this paper,we intend to examine briefly the history and the status quo of Chinese language education in higher education institutions,primary and secondary schools from multiple perspectives,revealing some issues and problems such as the shortage of teachers and funding.It is still difficult to establish Chinese as a rigorous academic discipline in institutions of higher learning,while the Chinese curriculum for the primary and secondary schools is not quite compatible with the local educational contexts.Therefore,we intend to offer some tentative suggestions for the future development of Chinese language education in South Africa.
