摘  要:建设一支符合职业教育发展的“双师型”教师队伍,对深化职业教育改革、推动产教深度融合、助力高素质技术技能人才培养均有着重要作用。结合国家级机电一体化技术教师教学创新团队建设实践经验,围绕建设中的主要问题,系统研究了教学创新团队的目标设定、维度构成和实施路径。教学创新团队建设应聚焦师德师风引领、教师能力提升和校企培养共同体建设三大核心维度,按照“课程体系、教学模式、开放引领、机制创新”并行展开,全面畅通建设的关键推进路径,打造高职卓越“双师型”教学创新团队。Building a“double-qualified”teacher team which is in line with the development of vocational education plays an important role in deepening vocational education reform,promoting deep integration of production and education,and helping to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.The article combines the practical experience of building a national level mechatronics teacher teaching innovation team,around the main problems in the construction,and systematically studies the goal setting,dimension composition,and implementation path of the teaching innovation team.The construction of teaching innovation team should focus on three core dimensions:guiding teacher ethics and style,enhancing teacher abilities,and building a school-enterprise training community.It should be carried out in parallel with“curriculum system,teaching mode,open leading,and mechanism innovation”,to unblock the key promoting path of the construction in all aspects,and create an excellent“dual-qualified”teaching innovation team in higher vocational education.
