摘  要:在当前职业教育数字化转型的浪潮下,部分职业院校教师存在数字意识失能、数字应用能力差、数字道德意识弱、数字创新能力不足的问题。基于教育部新发布的《教师数字素养》行业标准,构建职业院校教师数字素养框架,分析职业院校教师数字素养提升的困境,提出唤醒教师主体、激发数字认知,优化环境资源、促进数字应用,增强道德安全、坚守数字伦理,构筑学习共同体、推进数字化成长的路径建议。In the current wave of digital transformation of vocational education,some vocational college teachers have problems such as digital consciousness disability,poor digital application ability,weak digital moral consciousness and insufficient digital innovation ability.Based on the professional standard of Teachers'Digital Literacy,newly released by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China,this paper constructs the framework of vocational college teachers'digital literacy,analyzes the difficulties in improving the digital literacy of vocational college teachers,and puts forward some suggestions on the path of awakening teachers'subjectivity and stimulating digital cognition,optimizing environmental resources and promoting digital application,enhancing moral security and adhering to digital ethics,as well as building learning community and promoting digital growth.
