摘　　要：职业院校教师教学能力建设是提高职业教育人才培养质量、增强职业教育适应性的基础要素,是职业院校高水平发展的关键能力。研究分析职业院校教师教学能力结构,建立职业院校教师教学能力评价体系、确定职业院校教师教学能力优化路径,是职业教育理论创新与实践创新的需要。The teaching ability building for vocational college teachers is a fundamental element for improving the vocational talent training quality and enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,and it is also crucial for the high-level development of vocational colleges.Studying and analyzing the teaching ability structure of vocational college teachers,establishing an teaching ability evaluation system,and determining the optimization path for teaching ability are necessary for vocational education innovation in theory and practice.
