摘  要:诊断学是医学院校重要的专业基础课程,在医学生的知识体系培养中发挥着重要的桥梁作用,亦是连接中西医学现代临床诊疗和医学生培养的关键环节。其拥有丰富的课程思政内容以供挖掘和运用,在中医院校医学生培养中有着特殊的课程思政作用。诊断学课程思政的建设将更好地发挥其基础与临床、现代医学与中医学的桥梁作用,对实现培养合格中西医结合临床人才具有重要的基础作用。文章结合团队课程思政建设,从优化课程设计、教师团队建设、专业班级学情分析、思政内容挖掘等方面,叙述诊断学课程思政建设的内容和体会。Diagnostics is an important professional basic course in medical colleges and universities,playing an important role in the cultivation of medical students’knowledge system,as well as a key link connecting modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine with the cultivation of medical students.It has a rich curriculum ideological and political content that can be mined and applied,and plays a special curriculum ideological and political role in the cultivation of medical students in hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine.The construction and practice of diagnostics course will play a better role in bridging basic and clinical,modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and play an important fundamental role in training qualified clinical talents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Combined with the practice of ideological and political construction of team courses,this paper described the content and experience of ideological and political construction of diagnostic courses from the aspects of optimizing course design,teacher team construction,learning situation analysis of professional classes,ideological and political content mining,etc.
