五年制高职班级共同体培育实践探究

摘　　要：为加强五年制高职班级共同体建设,提高班主任管理能力,促进学生全面发展,以江苏联合职业技术学院机电一体化技术班级(AHK)为研究对象,在调查分析的基础上,厘清班级共同体的内涵、特征、培育目标,并结合五年制高职德育工作特点,从学习共同体、生活共同体、文化共同体和命运共同体四个视角,探究五年制高职班级共同体培育路径,以期为类似班级管理工作提供参考和借鉴。To strengthen the construction of the class community of five-year higher vocational education,enhance the management abilities of head teachers,and promote the comprehensive development of students,the study takes the class of Mechatronics Integration Technology(AHK)at Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as research subject.Based on investigations and analysis,the study clarifies the connotation,characteristics,and cultivation objectives of the class community.Considering the characteristics of moral education work in five-year higher vocational education,the study explores the cultivation path of the class community from four perspectives:learning community,living community,cultural community,and destiny community,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for similar class management work.
