摘  要:新时代加强劳动教育是对马克思主义和党的传统教育方针的忠实承继,是培育能担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的应有之义。当前,新时代劳动教育面临施教主体在教育目标和方法上存在偏差、受教育对象劳动价值观缺失等困境。从理论教育、情感熏陶、需求激励等方面加强思想培育,从习惯养成、素养提升、信仰培育等方面深化实践养成,可以助力受教育对象劳动素养的提升,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。Labor education in the new era,which builds on Marxism and the educational policy of the Communist Party of China,is an essential component of fostering a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.Presently,difficulties in implementing such education include teachers’deviation in teaching objectives and teaching methods,and students’lack of right view on labor.In order to improve students’quality and spirit of hard work and nurture them to capable young people who are well-prepared to join the socialist cause and who have all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetical grounding with a hard-working spirit,we should strengthen ideological cultivation through theoretical education,emotional influence and demand incentives,and promote their exposure to practice by encourage them to develop a work ethic,raise moral standards and foster belief.
