摘 要:随着职业教育产教融合数字化发展不断深入,企业工作场所学习数字化需求也在不断提升。通过从企业学习数字化平台、学习数字化诊断工具、企业培训师数字化管理平台等方面选取国外工作场所学习数字化应用典型案例进行解读分析,围绕工作场所学生自主建构学习,从工作场所数字化学习资源、教学组织、学习评价、企业培训师数字化管理等要素着手,重塑具有动态循环、互生互长、即时关联、多元个性、全程跟踪的工作场所数字化学习生态系统,为建设职业教育工作场所学习数字化应用提供新思路。With the continuous deepening of the integration of industry and education digitization in vocational education,the demand for digital learning in corporate workplaces is also constantly increasing.The article analyzes and interprets excellent typical cases of digital learning applications in foreign workplaces from the perspectives of digital learning platforms for enterprises,digital diagnostic tools for learning,and digital management platforms for enterprise trainers.Focusing on the self constructed learning of students in the workplace,the article reshapes elements such as digital learning resources,teaching organization,evaluation,and digital management of enterprise trainers,which have dynamic cycles and mutual growth.A workplace digital learning ecosystem that is instantly connected,diverse in personality,and fully tracked provides innovative ideas and implementation measures for building digital learning applications in vocational education workplaces.
