乡村振兴视域下高职食品专业人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：职业教育是与经济社会发展联系较为密切的教育类型之一,在助力乡村振兴等方面发挥着重要作用。高等职业教育与乡村振兴的有机结合,有利于推动高等职业教育的发展,促进乡村经济建设。高职院校充分发挥其特点和功能,为乡村振兴培养更多高素质技能型人才。本文以食品营养与健康专业为例,结合食品工业对专业人才的需求,积极探索涉农高职院校食品类专业人才培养路径。通过对人才培养方案的完善、教学团队的打造、教学方式的改革和教学资源的优化等措施来提升人才培养质量,并在此基础上大力开展职业技能培训,加强校企合作,深化产教融合,充分发挥高职院校的教育职能,增强办学新活力,助力农业发展,为地方经济发展建设提供人才支撑。Vocational education is one of the education types closely related to economic and social development,and plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization and realted aspect.The organic combination of higher vocational education and rural revitalization is conducive to promoting the development of higher vocational education and promoting rural economic construction.Vocational colleges should fully leverage their characteristics and functions to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents for rural revitalization.This article took the food nutrition and health major as an example,combined with the demand for professional talents in the food industry,actively explores the training path for food related professionals in agricultural vocational colleges.By improving talent cultivation programs,building teaching teams,reforming teaching methods,and optimizing teaching resources,aim to enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Based on this,will vigorously carry out vocational skills training,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,deepen industry education integration,fully leverage the educational functions of vocational colleges,enhance new vitality in education,support agricultural development,and provide talent support for local economic development and construction.
