摘  要:文创产业已进入“文创+”时代,但艺术设计类专业人才还无法满足文创产业升级的需求。为了解决人才供需矛盾,促进高职院校培养具有人文情怀、能跨界、擅创新,满足文创产业升级需要的德技并修的艺术设计类专业人才,必须从育人关键要素出发,加强师资队伍建设。通过分析创新教学团队的内涵,整理归纳艺术设计类专业创新教学团队建设遇到的困阻,从优化创新教学团队结构、提高教师自我超越能力、完善模块化教学运行机制等方面,提出艺术设计类专业创新教学团队建设的思路与对策。The cultural and creative industry has entered the era of"cultural and creative+",but artistic design talents cannot meet the needs of upgrading the cultural and creative industry.To solve the contradiction between supply and demand of talents and promote the cultivation of art and design talents with humanistic feelings,crossover skills and innovation,and meet the needs of cultural and creative industry,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of teaching staff from the key elements of education.By analyzing the connotation of innovative teaching teams,and summarizing the difficulties encountered in the construction of innovative teaching teams of art design majors,this paper puts forward ideas and countermeasures for the construction of innovative teaching team for art design majors from the aspects of optimizing the structure of innovative teaching team,improving teachers'self-transcendence ability,and improving module teaching operation mechanism.
