摘  要:目的:探索规培研究生与实习生“一对一”带教下的形成性评价模式于中医学实习过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年5月于我院实习的63名五年制中医学专业医学生作为研究对象,在实习过程中采用规培研究生与实习生“一对一”带教,并进行形成性评价,最终采取OSCE考核对临床实践效果进行对比。结果:实验组OSCE评分较对照组有所提高,其中实验组中医操作、中医临床答辩、体格检查、西医操作等项目差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于规培研究生与实习生“一对一”带教下的形成性评价模式可有效提高医学实习生临床实践能力。Objective:To explore the application effect of the formative evaluation model under"one-to-one"training of graduate students and interns in the process of traditional Chinese medicine practice.Methods:63 five-year medical students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who practiced in our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.During the practice process,"one-to-one"teaching was conducted between graduate students and interns,and formative evaluation was carried out.Finally,OSCE assessment was adopted to compare the clinical practice effect.Results:OSCE score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences of TCM operation,TCM clinical defense,physical examination and Western medicine operation of the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The formative evaluation model based on"one-toone"training between graduate students and interns can effectively improve the clinical practice ability of medical interns.
