摘　　要：在“大思政课”背景下,新建高职院校思政课教师面临着一系列严峻的挑战,而提升教师的核心能力成为应对这些挑战的关键所在。教师核心能力的提升不仅关乎课堂教学效果,而且涉及学生思政观点的引导、思政课程与现实社会的紧密结合以及对新时代青年心理特点的准确把握。文章阐述“大思政课”背景下新建高职院校思政课教师核心能力提升的重要性与现状,提出“大思政课”背景下新建高职院校思政课教师核心能力提升的策略,以期为新建高职院校培养思政课教师提供参考。In the context of"great ideological and political course",teachers of ideological and political courses in newly established vocational colleges are facing a series of severe challenges,and improving their core abilities has become the key to addressing these challenges.The improvement of teachers'core abilities is not only related to the effectiveness of classroom teaching,but also involves guiding students'ideological and political perspectives,closely integrating ideological and political courses with the real society,and accurately grasping the psychological characteristics of young people in the new era.The article elaborates on the importance and current situation of improving the core abilities of ideological and political teachers in newly established vocational colleges under the background of"great ideological and political course",and proposes strategies for improving the core abilities of ideological and political teachers in newly established vocational colleges under the background of"great ideological and political course",in order to provide reference for ideological and political teachers in newly established vocational colleges.
