高职院校发展低年级学生党员的路径研究

摘　　要：学生党员发展工作一直以来都是高校基层党组织建设的一项重点任务。2021年修订的《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》中明确指出“加大在高校低年级学生中发展党员力度”。新形势下,高职院校要通过加强低年级学生的入党启蒙教育,建立入党积极分子接续培养机制,发挥党员师生传帮带作用,丰富教育培养考察内涵,定期做好工作调度等举措,持续大力推进低年级学生党员发展工作,实现高职院校低年级学生党员发展数量和质量的“双提升”。The development and recruitment of student party members has always been a key task in the construction of grassroots party organizations in universities.The Regulations of the CPC on the Work of Grass roots Organizations in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning revised in 2021 clearly points out that“we should increase efforts to recruit Party members among junior college students”.Under the new situation,vocational colleges should strengthen the enlightenment education for younger students to join the Communist Party,establish a mechanism for continuing the cultivation of active party members,give full play to the role of party member teachers and students in mentoring,enrich the examination contents of education and training,regularly do a good job in work scheduling and take multiple measures to continuously and vigorously promote the development of party members among younger students,achieving a“double improvement”in the quantity and quality of party member development among younger students in vocational colleges.
